The brief

The client wanted to completely renovate and renew his shop, but the shop could only be closed for 2 to 3 weeks.

The approach

A renowned music shop in Antwerp received a complete makeover. BRIQ stripped the entire shop, laid a new floor in woven vinyl, renewed the suspended ceiling and modernised the electrical installation and lighting. The furniture was also completely renewed: bookcases, shelves and a counter in birch plywood.

The timing was crucial. To achieve everything in the shortest possible time, we prepared the works meticulously for four months: all materials were ordered in advance, the windows were measured and ordered, and instead of a daily schedule we made a schedule by the hour. The actual execution then took three weeks. Our project manager was present almost permanently during the execution to keep everything on track.
