Interiors and bespoke joinery
BRIQ carries out complete interior renovations, in which the entire interior of your home is adapted, possibly including kitchen and bathroom. The design usually comes from your interior architect; we carry out everything that is drawn and technically feasible, with a permanent team of specialists and a dedicated joiner for the bespoke work. Also as a separate assignment, without any building work around it.
What does it include?
- Kitchens and bathrooms, as part of a complete interior
- Wellness: sauna and steam room
- Dressing rooms, bespoke cabinets and libraries
- Staircases
- Interior doors, including concealed or full-height doors
- Fireplaces
- Floors: parquet, poured floors, natural stone and tiles
- Wall finishes: lime paint, tadelakt, mortex and panelling
- Ceilings, lighting and acoustics
- Home automation
- Outdoor kitchen and pool house
Down to the detail
The quality of an interior lies in the details: shadow gaps, concealed doors, lighting integrated into the joinery and clean transitions between materials. Even in difficult spaces, such as old townhouses or attic floors, we finish the interior as it was drawn.
How do we work?
- Design: usually by your interior architect. Smaller assignments can also be developed in-house.
- Technical preparation: where necessary we prepare technical construction drawings of the bespoke joinery.
- Bespoke joinery: made by our dedicated joiner.
- Choices: if materials or appliances still need to be chosen, we accompany you to the showrooms of our regular suppliers.
- Execution: one dedicated project manager and weekly site meetings. If you stay in the home, we work with dust screens.
- After handover: maintenance advice for your materials, and we still adjust doors and drawers up to two months after handover.
Who is it for?

Frequently asked questions
Do you also do just a kitchen or a bathroom?
No. We deliver complete interior renovations, in which the entire interior of the home is adapted, possibly including kitchen and bathroom. An interior assignment starts from €100,000.
Who designs the interior?
Usually your own interior architect. We carry out what is drawn and technically feasible, and where necessary prepare technical construction drawings of the bespoke joinery. If the assignment is not too extensive, we can also develop the design in-house.
Who chooses the materials?
The choice of materials lies with your designer. If choices still need to be made, we accompany you to the showrooms of our regular suppliers.
Can I continue to live at home during the interior works?
If possible, yes. We then install dust screens and protect what is already there.
What happens after handover of the bespoke joinery?
You receive maintenance advice for the materials in your interior. We still adjust the doors and drawers of the bespoke joinery up to two months after handover.
