Total renovation
A total renovation at BRIQ means that we completely renew your home, from demolition and structural stability to building services, bespoke joinery and the last coat of paint, with one dedicated project manager who coordinates everything. About 70% of our projects are renovations, often of townhouses, city homes and villas of character.
What does it include?

What does a total renovation cost?
A total renovation at BRIQ starts from €100,000. Most projects are between €350,000 and €1,000,000; the largest go up to €3,000,000.
Can I continue to live in my home during the renovation?
That depends on the type of conversion. For a complete renovation we strongly advise against it: the works will be far less stressful for you.
Who arranges the permit and the EPB study?
Your architect submits the permit application; the EPB energy performance study is carried out by a specialised engineering firm. If you do not have an architect yet, we look at the introduction at who can draw your project. We align the execution with the file and provide all the information needed during and after the works.
Does BRIQ help with applying for grants?
Yes. We provide all the information you need to apply for renovation grants.
