Antwerp apartment
Apartment in Antwerp
An apartment in a characterful Antwerp city building, finished in a light, calm style with a soft touch of colour.
The brief
The apartment had to become a light, calm and practical place to live in a characterful building in the middle of the city. The greatest challenge was to create an open feeling within a limited floor area.
The approach
We renewed the interior finishes of the entire apartment. White walls and a continuous light floor create unity, while a grey-green wall and a half-height painted band give the rooms their own accent. The kitchen was given a place in the living space, with dark cabinets and a stainless steel extractor hood.
Materials and finishes
- Light, continuous floor
- Paintwork in white and grey-green
- Dark kitchen cabinets with a stainless steel extractor hood
