New-build home in Lier
A new-build home with a sober and consistent palette of materials, in which facing brick, aluminium joinery and a continuous power-floated concrete floor support the simplicity of the design.

The brief
The owner's parental home could no longer be saved. The client therefore chose to demolish it completely and replace it with a modern new-build home.
The approach
First the old house and the stable were demolished, then the new build followed. To save space, the ventilation ducts were cast into the floor slabs.
Materials and finishes
