With a view over the park, on the top floor in the Diamond Quarter, this location is unique.
The brief
The existing apartment had to become as open as possible and receive much more daylight, with a unique view of the Stadspark. The greatest challenge was the location on the twelfth floor of the building.
The approach
We transformed the apartment into a spacious penthouse. All interior walls were demolished and new exterior joinery lets in plenty of light. To get all materials and people to the twelfth floor, we installed a large construction hoist against the building during the works.
