The approach

This stately townhouse underwent a total renovation. At the rear of the home we removed the ceiling between two floors: a mezzanine now provides room for an office and a dressing room. The home received three new bathrooms and a new kitchen with an island, fully equipped with new appliances. The existing solid parquet in the children's rooms was renovated, the interior staircase was sandblasted and finished with natural oil, and the flat roof of the rear extension received an extensive green roof. The exterior walls were finished with white render.

Materials and finishes

• Edge-grain oak parquet in the living space
• Winckelmans hexagonal tiles in pistachio in the kitchen
• Winckelmans tiles in rose and bleu foncé in the bathrooms, with bamboo parquet
• Kitchen, island, desktop and bespoke joinery in birch plywood
• Dressing room in white melamine, finished with birch veneer
• Extensive green roof

What came next

After this renovation, the client also entrusted us with the complete restoration of the front facade, with the same building team.
